Disposition versions
20. Actions are classified according to the amount or value in dispute:
Class I: Less than $3,000;
Class II: From $3,000 to $9,999.99;
Class III: From $10,000 to $24,999.99;
Class IV: From $25,000 to $49,999.99;
Class V: $50,000 or more.
